| Policies & Conditions | | - Check-in / Check-out Times
Check-in time is after 3:00 P.M. CST. Guests who will be arriving late should make arrangements by telephone prior to arrival. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 A.M. Late check-outs may be available for a fee. - Advanced Reservation Payment
A credit card number is required on file when making a reservation for cabins, boats, and guide reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Travelers Cheques, and cash. Reservations made under false pretenses of any kind will result in the forfeiture of the reservation, eviction of guest and payment of entire reservation due. When you confirm a reservation, we will assign you to a particular unit; however, we cannot guarantee specific assignments and requests. A reservation deposit may be required for large groups. - Cancellation
A $30 Cancellation Fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations. Guest will only be charged a Cancellation Fee, if Lobo Landing Resort is notified of the cancellation at 48 hours prior to the original arrival date. If the reservation is not cancelled within this time limit, you will be charged for the entire reservation including accommodations and equipment rental. If Lobo Landing Resort is able to rent the cancelled accommodation and/or equipment, you will only be charged for one (1) day/night rental costs, in addition to the standard Cancellation Fee. Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance is recommended. We do not refund rents lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. - Minimum Stay
Holiday Weekend rentals require a three (3) night minimum stay. Weekend rentals require a two (2) night minimum stay. - Pets
We don't allow pets. The tenantwill be asked to leave if they bring a pet and the tenant will pay $200 as a cleaning fee.
- Maximum Number of Guests
All accommodations, with the exception of Bunkhouse I and Bunkhouse II, are based on two (2) person occupancy. Each additional guest (up to maximum capacity) would pay an extra fee based on the season booked. Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy are subject to immediate eviction, forfeiture of any prepaid rental payments, and charged for the entire reservation. - Rates
Published rental rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct rates that may have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. State accommodation taxes are not included in the quoted prices. - Key Policy
Keys to the rental unit must be returned to Lobo Landing Resort at check-out. Any lost key will result in a re-keying charge. In the event you are locked out after business hours, call our business number and an agent will meet you at our check-in office. A lock out fee of $40.00 will be charged to you. - Security of Personal Property
Lobo Landing Resort is not responsible for any acts of theft or vandalism, or other damages to any personal property or for personal items left by guest in the accommodation at departure. - Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted in any of the cabins, cottages, bunkhouses or bait shop/restaurant. Guests are allowed to smoke in open outdoor areas, however, must be at least 10 feet away from any cabin or building entrance. Should a guest disregard this restriction, the guest and their group will be asked to leave the Resort immediately, and the guest will be charged for the entire reservation originally made. A deep cleaning fee will also be added to the guest’s charges. - Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to cover non-refundable payments lost due to health-related cancellations. You may also want to inquire with your primary insurer about their policy. More information can be provided by calling Travelers' Company at 800 937-1387.
